Intercultural Summit - October 29, 2016
The Diocese of Virginia sponsored the First Intercultural Summit at Aquia Episcopal Church in Stafford, VA.
Representatives from multicultural churches and ethnic specific churches spent the day sharing experiences
and ideas and making connections with each other. St. Paul's was well-represented
by Phidese and Greg Song, Abraham Jallah and Rev. Liz.

Shrine Mont Retreat - July 15-17, 2016
As is the custom of this congregation, we took a road trip to Shrine Mont in
mid-July to enjoy the mountains, have a little fun together, relax,
do a little work and get to know each other better.

The Inauguration of the Food4Thought Outreach - November 6, 2016
Under the able direction of social worker, Krista Davidson from Westlawn Elementary School,
the eager volunteers in our congregation prepared weekend meals for 25 elementary students who
don't have access to food on the weekend. As Ms. Davidson told us the stories of the students who will be
receiving these bags we became very touched and inspired by the need!! As our program grows, we hope to be
able to prepare more bags on the first Sunday morning of every month. It's a gratifying thing to do over coffee!! Please join us!!
Rev. Jamie's last Sunday with us - January 15, 2017
Rev. Jamie's designated time with us has come to an end and we will miss her, but we know that we will be seeing her back here from time to time. Blessings to you, Rev. Jamie and thank you for all that you have done for us!
